 Susan M. MacLean, Esq. is an associate attorney with Beaumont Tashjian, specializing in real estate law. She provides general counsel to board and community managers in areas of dispute resolution, enforcement, corporate governance, contract review, and re-drafting of CC&Rs and Bylaws. Her extensive background in negotiations helps reduce liability and costs for clients. Ms. MacLean has over 20 years in real estate law. She has served on several boards and is familiar with the steps necessary to protect associations and their volunteer members. She is an active member of her community and volunteers with several nonprofit organizations. She is also a licensed real estate broker, bringing strong expertise across the field.
