 Brittany A. Ketchum, Esq., is a senior associate attorney at Beaumont Tashjian, specializing in community association law. She oversees the firm’s Restatement Department, guiding associations through the amendment and restatement of governing documents. With extensive experience advising boards and community managers, Ms. Ketchum provides strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, contract interpretation and enforcement, insurance coverage, risk management, and alternative dispute resolution. Her proactive approach helps associations minimize liability and internal conflicts while ensuring compliance with governing documents. A dedicated industry leader, Ms. Ketchum serves on the Board of Directors for the CAI-Orange County Chapter (CAI-OC) and is the Board’s Education Committee Liaison. She is a past Chair of CAI-OC’s Education Committee, where she served for many years, and is a frequent speaker and published author in the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) Law Journal. Ms. Ketchum earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Chapman University, graduating cum laude with a double major in Political Science and German.
