Calvin Rose is an associate attorney with Beaumont Tashjian, where he devotes his time to representing associations as both general and litigation counsel. Mr. Rose advises boards and managers in the preparation, interpretation and enforcement of contracts; levy and collection of assessments; insurance coverage issues; governing document enforcement and regulatory compliance matters; and all other matters affecting associations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rose handled insurance, consumer and commercial litigation matters where he engaged in significant law and motion practice, participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations, and appeared in a wide array of cases in both state and federal court. Mr. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Ventura College of Law in Ventura, California. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California in 1997. In addition, Mr. Rose was admitted as an attorney of the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2000. |
