Rochelle Rajazi is an associate at Beaumont Tashjian, where she primarily handles the firm’s litigation and enforcement matters. She also provides general counsel services, advises boards and management in the preparation and enforcement of governing documents and contracts, risk management, dispute resolution, and all other issues impacting community associations. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Rajazi focused her practice on premises liability and personal injury actions. She has a vast amount of experience in complex civil litigation matters, employment and labor law, asbestos litigation, and catastrophic injury cases. Ms. Rajazi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms Rajazi received her Juris Doctor Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Rajazi also obtained her Masters in Dispute Resolution from the nation’s top-ranked Dispute Resolution program with the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. While in Law School, she cleared at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Central Trials Unit and Victim Impact Program. Her volunteer work includes the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Ms. Rajazi is admitted to the practice in all California State Courts and the Central District of California. She has been a member of several bar associations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Women’s Lawyer Association of Los Angeles. |
