 Stephanie Zhubrak, Esq., is an associate attorney with Beaumont Tashjian, where she devotes her practice to providing general counsel services for the Firm’s clients throughout California. With her diverse experience in real estate, business litigation, insurance defense, and regulatory compliance, Ms. Zhubrak is dedicated to providing her clients with creative avenues for favorable resolutions.
Her previous experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel for a S&P 500 publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT), wherein she managed the company’s litigation department, oversaw on-site operations management, and provided strategic legal counsel to executive leadership on regulatory developments and risk exposure. She also regularly drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a variety of commercial agreements and contributed to measurable improvements in internal claims processes, compliance protocols, and company-wide policy development.
Prior to that, she worked at both, a national law firm handling civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on personal injury, real estate, insurance disputes, construction defect, and business litigation, as well as a legal startup company focusing on litigation funding and general counsel work, including compliance, risk management, process initialization, and advisory services.
Ms. Zhubrak obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a minor in Applied Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School where she was the recipient of the Wildman/Schumacher academic scholarship. |
