Emily Wensel, is an associate attorney with Beaumont Tashjian, providing general counsel services to the firm’s clients. Ms. Wensel advises boards and managers in the preparation and interpretation of governing documents. Ms. Wensel also assists in the firm’s governing documents department with the preparation and redrafting of CC&Rs, Bylaws, and related documents. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wensel worked doing freelance legal work and is a State Judging Director for USA Gymnastics’, Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. Ms. Wensel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University, in Broadcast Communication, and a Master of Arts Degree from Gonzaga University, in Organizational Leadership. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Southwestern Law School Scale Accelerated Two-Year Program. During law school, Ms. Wensel worked as a law clerk for the Ventura County Public Defender’s Office. Ms. Wensel is Six Sigma Black Belt certified, including process improvement, change management, and lean. Ms. Wensel is a member of both the State Bars of California and Wisconsin.
