Shelby D. Bennett, Esq., an associate attorney with Beaumont Tashjian, provides general counsel services to the firm’s clients throughout California. Ms. Bennett focuses her practice on the Governing Documents department, advising associations on the preparation and redrafting of CC&Rs, Bylaws, amendments, various policies, and related governing documents.

Ms. Bennett earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and International Studies from the University of North Texas, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. During her time in law school, Ms. Bennett was an active member of several student organizations, including the American Constitution Society and the National Lawyers Guild. She also gained hands-on legal experience as a law clerk for Beaumont Tashjian prior to joining the firm as an attorney.
