Lisa A. Tashjian, Esq., is a Shareholder at Beaumont Tashjian and a dedicated advocate for community associations. With a career devoted to this specialized field, she provides comprehensive legal counsel across all areas of community association law, with a primary focus on general counseling, dispute resolution, and education/teaching in the CID industry.
As a recognized leader in the industry, Ms. Tashjian is deeply involved in Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). She currently serves as President of the CAI-Channel Islands Chapter and is a past President of the CAI-Greater Los Angeles Chapter (CAI-GLAC), where she also served as the legislative liaison for the California Legislative Action Committee. A sought-after speaker and published author, she frequently presents at CAI and CACM events and has contributed numerous articles to their industry publications.
Ms. Tashjian’s expertise has earned her membership in the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL), a distinction held by fewer than 200 attorneys nationwide.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. Admitted to the State Bar of California, she began her legal career representing community associations and has remained committed to the field ever since.
