Lauren A. Mendelsohn, Esq. is an associate attorney at Beaumont Tashjian, where she provides general counsel services to community associations throughout California. Ms. Mendelsohn’s practice focuses on advising clients on a broad range of legal matters affecting common interest developments, including governance, contract review, regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution as a certified mediator. 

Prior to joining Beaumont Tashjian, Ms. Mendelsohn gained nearly 10 years of legal experience in business transactions, contracts, real estate, regulatory compliance, and general counsel matters. Named one of the North Bay Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” top business professionals in her region, Ms. Mendelsohn’s diverse background allows her to provide practical legal guidance tailored to the needs of community associations and their boards of directors.  

Originally from the New York area, Ms. Mendelsohn graduated from the University of Maryland – College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She relocated to the west coast to earn her J.D. at the University of California, Irvine School of Law and has been glad to remain here ever since.
