AJ Jahanian, Esq. is a Shareholder with Beaumont Tashjian, where he services the unique needs of the firm’s clients throughout Southern and Northern California. Mr. Jahanian’s devotion to both residential and commercial common interest developments for over a decade makes him highly experienced to advise boards and managers in all respects, including Civil Code and Fair Housing compliance, elections and voting procedure, governing document enforcement, contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution and more. Mr. Jahanian also has extensive experience litigating complex judicial foreclosure cases successfully and has secured millions in delinquent assessments for the firm’s clients.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Jahanian is an active and engaged member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CAI-Greater Inland Empire Chapter (CAI-GRIE) and previously served as its Publications Committee Chair and editor of the CAI-GRIE Connect Magazine. He is also an active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and serves on its faculty. He enjoys regularly hosting and teaching legislative update sessions and providing valuable educational resources for board members and managers. Mr. Jahanian earned his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review and a Cum Laude graduate.
