 Tawnza M. Sofranko, Esq. is an associate attorney at Beaumont Tashjian where she provides general counsel services to the firm’s homeowners association clients. While earning her law degree, Ms. Sofranko worked as a law clerk for Beaumont Tashjian, developing her knowledge of community association and real estate law. As a law clerk, Ms. Sofranko gained experience interpreting and enforcing governing documents, researching and interpreting current law, drafting Association rules and policies, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and working with counsel to develop legal opinions. Ms. Sofranko earned her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a law clerk for a firm specializing in family law, gaining trial experience and working with counsel to mediate cases. Before entering law school, Ms. Sofranko earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Redlands. Ms. Sofranko is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
